Return Policy
Last updated: 20 March 2026. This Policy explains how to return GreenViora products purchased from Quozranxghod and how refunds and replacements are handled.

2. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major problem with a product, you have the right to choose a refund or replacement. If the problem is not major, we may choose to repair, replace, or refund within a reasonable time. This Policy operates alongside those statutory rights and does not replace them.
3. Change of mind
Food supplements that are sealed for health protection may be excluded from change-of-mind returns once opened, consistent with hygiene and safety expectations. Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery if our warehouse confirms eligibility. Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are generally borne by the customer unless we state otherwise in writing.
4. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the packaging and product. We will arrange a prepaid return label where appropriate, or instruct safe disposal for low-value items. After inspection, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund consistent with consumer law.
5. EU and UK cooling-off for distance sales
Consumers in the European Union or United Kingdom generally have 14 days to withdraw from distance contracts under local implementation of the Consumer Rights Directive, subject to exceptions for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection if unsealed after delivery. If you qualify, notify us clearly within the withdrawal period. We will refund payments within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of return, using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.
6. How to start a return
- Email community@quozranxghod.world with your order number, reason for return, and photos if reporting damage.
- Wait for a return authorisation and any label we issue. Unauthorised returns may experience processing delays.
- Pack items securely with all accessories and documentation included.
- Ship using the method we specify and retain proof of postage until the return is completed.
7. Refund timing and method
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Banks may take additional days to post credits. If the original method is unavailable, we may offer store credit or an alternative payout subject to verification.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the same SKU is unavailable, we may offer a refund or a substitute with your consent.
9. International returns
Customers outside Australia must follow customs rules when returning goods. Mark the shipment as a return with the provided paperwork to avoid duties duplication. We are not responsible for customs charges we did not agree to prepay.
10. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Chargebacks may delay investigation if banks require additional documentation.
11. Product safety and recalls
If a batch recall occurs, we will publish instructions on the website and contact affected customers using the details supplied at purchase. Follow recall directions and do not consume recalled units.
12. Inspection and partial returns
Returned items are inspected for tampering, seal integrity, and batch codes. Partial returns of bundles are prorated if all component units are returned in resalable condition. Promotional gifts must be returned if the promotion required a minimum spend and the threshold is no longer met after the return.
13. Gift and third-party purchases
If you received GreenViora as a gift, the original purchaser may need to initiate the return for payment traceability. We may offer store credit to the recipient where the purchaser authorises it in writing.
14. Rejected deliveries and uncollected parcels
If a parcel is refused at the door without contacting us, return shipping and restocking fees may apply if permitted by law. Uncollected parcels returned by the carrier will be treated as a return once they arrive at our warehouse.
15. Hygiene and sealed goods
For health protection, opened bottles where the inner seal is broken may not qualify for change-of-mind refunds. Statutory rights for defective goods remain unaffected.
16. Record keeping
Retain your order confirmation and return tracking until the refund is complete. We rely on order numbers to match payments and shipments.
